Landlink Estates seeks to maximise the value of all its clients’ assets through considered development. We work to identify and promote our sites through the planning process with the aim of creating high quality spaces that use resources intelligently to provide a positive and long lasting legacy.
Strategic land plays a key role in our portfolio. We have a desire to bring new ideas to the forefront of the planning system and collaborate with developers, communities and local authorities. Our long history of living and working in Sussex remains our competitive advantage. Our combined and extensive local knowledge and contacts make us well placed to bring forward investment and development opportunities.
Our aim at each strategic site is to deliver commercially viable schemes and bring together local communities and encourage them to become actively involved and supportive of the development process.
We currently have planning opportunities and consents for
- Large scale residential development schemes
- Mixed use commercial and supermarket development in Chichester and Bognor Regis
- Two consented commercial glasshouse developments on prime land in close proximity to Chichester with good transport links
- Various change of use and permitted development consents for the conversion of redundant agricultural buildings
