We have a diverse commercial and residential portfolio which is mainly situated in Sussex;
however we have a growing presence in Suffolk, Scotland and Spain.
The mixed use commercial portfolio includes offices, storage, industrial and retail units. The Estate is keen to develop commercial opportunities by working with occupiers to maximise the value of new and existing assets. Commercial Properties are managed in-house with external marketing agents allowing our occupiers to maintain a direct and close relationship.
Landlink’s portfolio of homes comprise former farm cottages, farmhouses and bungalows. Our properties are wide ranging in size and location and are often situated in rural settings. Landlink engages a wide range of high quality and reliable contractors that must complete our contractors approval process. We are committed to continually improving and maintaining our properties to meet the requirements expected from our tenants. We achieve this through regular contact with our tenants and inspections to inform planed schedule of maintenance and by seeking regular feedback.
Additionally, Landlink actively seeks to regenerate, convert and re-use redundant agricultural buildings to provide inspiring, affordable rental properties where this is commercially viable.
We use a system called Qube to monitor our portfolio, it allows us to add tenant and lease details to specific properties. Qube is linked to our Microsoft Account which allows us to set up reminders for rent renewals or scheduled maintenance etc.
