Home Farm, Selsey, is undergoing a dramatic re-design with the old dairy buildings being converted into ten apartments. Each apartment is unique in design and the whole project makes wonderful use of beautiful oak beams uncovered during construction.
The one- and two-bedroom homes have been crafted from the existing floorspace after careful planning. Fitting out is underway to create a modern finish that compliments the rustic exterior.
C&G building contractors started work in October 2017 and discovered the beams while stripping out the old floors and ceilings. They also had to dig a mile-long gas main while making new service connections for gas and water. Each apartment has its own gas, electricity and water supply with personal meters outside every unit.
These stunning apartments will be completed in early May. Viewings can be arranged from the end of April through Henry Adams in Chichester. For further information please contact Ian Wigget at Henry Adams on 01243 537704.
