Always looking for ways to improve management of our Estates Portfolio, Landlink has recently invested in two new pieces of technology, Qube and Pear.
Qube is an online portal allowing the team to input details of lease length, rent, start date and service charges for each property. The system automatically prompts rent reviews, lease renewals and any scheduled maintenance, and will improve communication with landowners and tenants.
Pear is our mapping system. It has detailed information about all our farming areas, including ownership titles, flood zones, footpaths, land uses, access roads, services and parish boundaries. Using a handheld GPS device we can plot new information onto the map, such as new service routes, new buildings or preserved trees. Pear gives the team a clear understanding of our ownership, title numbers and scope for business development.
Once fully integrated into our daily work, these two systems will increase efficiency, provide us with accurate, up-to-date information and allow us to take advantage of new opportunities.
