Chief Executive Officer
Paul is the Chief Executive Officer of Landlink Estates and is responsible for the overall management and performance of the business and team.
He is a member of the main Board, the Capital Committee, and Remuneration and Audit Committees.
After an eight-year career in the Royal Navy, Paul took an MSc in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural University.
He has spent the last 20 years managing a series of diverse, commercially driven estates, latterly leading a major, privately-owned portfolio through a decade of sustained growth and considerable organisational change.
Paul enjoys all forms of cricket - be it playing or watching - and trying to keep up with his three sons!

Chief Investment and Finance Officer
Anthony joined Langmead Group in March 2021 after 15 years in commercial family office roles. He joins with the express purpose of building up the family office, bringing fresh insight to business strategy, leading change, and supporting the growth and development of the Langmead family businesses into the next generation.
Anthony’s previous roles focussed upon private equity investing, property development, banking, tax, and business turnarounds. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, he moved into highly leveraged banking, and then spent 10 years in private equity buying businesses in both the UK and US, where growth and financial gearing were paramount.
His most recent roles were 6 years as CEO of Dominvs Group, 7 years as CFO to the Landon Family Office, and 3 years consulting to two other global family offices.
Development and Strategic Land
Andrew leads our businesses development activities and is responsible for the performance of strategic land promotion and residential development activities. He is a member of the Investment and Strategy Committee.
Andrew graduated from the University of Oxford Brookes with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management. Subsequently, he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and also gained an accreditation with the FCA in Securities and Derivatives.
Previously, Andrew worked for King Sturge where he was a Partner in the Consultancy team and a Director of the Financial Services business. Andrew also worked within the Real Estate Advisory team at Ernst & Young, with responsibility for for several global real estate engagements and clients.
Andrew is a keen amateur sportsman, particularly when it comes to cycling and tennis. He has completed the Etape du Tour and annually participates in the Passportes Du Soleil in the French Alps - a 100km off-road cycling event than links eight ski resorts straddling the Swiss French border.
Andrew also enjoys playing tennis but has eased back from his more competitive days!

As a development PM, Jacintha heads up the technical side of our development projects, oversees delivery of projects and manages external project teams. Jacintha is also responsible for health & safety across the development portfolio.
Jacintha completed a Post Graduate diploma in Surveying and qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2010.
Initially, Jacintha worked for MHBC LLP in the City of London, predominantly working on office and high-end residential refurbishments. Later, she worked as a Project Manager for Kier Property, within the commercial arm of the development business.
Jacintha is a keen traveller with a penchant for the Canary Islands - these days she considers this to be sufficiently adventurous!
When not dreaming of sunshine, Jacintha likes to find new villages and walks in her relatively new surroundings of Hampshire.

Nick leads asset management for our property investment portfolio, ensuring that properties are managed in an efficient, customer-focused and sustainable manner - and that any asset enhancement opportunities are maximised.
Nick has a degree in Estates Management from Oxford Brookes University; he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (CIWFM).
Before joining Landlink, Nick was a director in the Asset Services division of CBRE, leading the outsourced Property & Facilities Management team responsible for a major science, office and business park in the South East.
Prior to this, he was Asset Manager for a £250m commercial property investment portfolio, having spent the previous 14 years managing properties and business parks owned by Goodman and Arlington Securities.
The early years of Nick’s career were spent in consultancy and client-side roles in Central London, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
Nick’s interests include mountain biking and walking. His active participation in sailing and windsurfing has been somewhat overtaken by family commitments, but he still hopes for a return to the water!

Hannah assists with asset management for our property investment portfolio. She ensures that properties are managed in an efficient, customer- focused and sustainable manner - and that any asset enhancement opportunities are maximised.
Hannah has a BSc in Estates Management from University College of Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Before joining Landlink, Hannah was a Landlord and Tenant Surveyor in the Southampton office of CBRE, responsible for rent reviews, lease renewals and regears on behalf of several commercial clients. Prior to this, Hannah was a Graduate Estates Surveyor at Hampshire County Council, where she worked in the Estates Management team for ten years.
Outside of work, Hannah’s interests include walking with her parents’ dogs, and exploring the Sussex countryside and coastline.
Hannah enjoys baking and has joined a Boxercise class to help counter the effects of too many cakes! She also hopes to take up clay pigeon shooting in the near future.

Tracy is the Financial Accountant for Landlink Estates Limited, with responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations, VAT and HMRC compliance.
Tracy graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a BA (Hons) in Finance and Business Information Systems.
She has over 20 years’ experience in both the Manufacturing and Services sectors, having achieved part qualified status with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and reading thrillers.

Sonya is the Financial Accountant for the group’s holding company Langmead Jordan Limited, and is responsible for group consolidation, accounts, banking covenants, audits, and dealing with various VAT and tax matters across the group.
Sonya is a qualified accountant with over thirteen years finance experience. Before joining the Langmead group in 2012, she spent four years working within practice to qualify and gain experience.
Sonya graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Accountancy and Finance and holds a fellowship from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Sonya loves to travel! This has been her top priority since taking a career break in 2012, when she travelled to Central and South America for eight months.
Sonya is also an avid reader of thrillers and loves to sit in the sun with a good book and glass of wine.

Commercial Finance Analyst
Tom is the Management Accountant for Landlink Estates Limited and is responsible for budgeting, the preparation and presentation of regular management information, KPI’s, cashflow and capex forecasting. He works closely with the team to provide analysis and useful information to support business decisions.
Having graduated from Portsmouth University with a first-class BA (Hons) in Finance and Business, Tom is working towards achieving chartered status with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
After a brief stint in practice, Tom joined the Langmead Group in 2017. Here, he gained experience in a range of sectors - from farming and fresh produce manufacturing to property management - before transferring to Landlink Estates Limited in 2019 to focus solely on property.
Tom has a passion for cars; he has participated in a variety of track days and has a particular interest in rallying.
He also likes to keep fit in the gym and climbing hills on his mountain bike before hurtling back down again!

Commercial Finance Analyst
Joy’s responsibilities include cashflow forecasting, management financial information preparation, reporting and analysis, budgeting and capex forecasting as well as business partnering support to operational departments and management.
After working in the Utilities industry for 15 years during which time she qualified as an ACCA Accountant she completed a short-term fixed contract in the Education Industry before joining the Landlink Estates Limited at the beginning of 2021.
Joy enjoys hiking on the Downs and further afield and when at home reading and looking after pets.

Liana is responsible for the day-to-day accounting activity for the business, including the various SPVs established for development projects. She manages the processing of purchase orders, raising invoices, organising payments, reconciliations and general financial matters.
Currently, Liana is gaining practical accounting experience before commencing her study towards professional qualifications.
Liana’s career with the Langmead Group started in the Herbs business. Her obvious talent was picked up when she worked in the pack house, and she was promoted to the Sales team before moving into the Supply Chain team.
Liana moved to Landlink Estates in 2019, to take on a more financially facing role.
Liana loves to spend time with her young family and keeping fit.

Connor is responsible for day-to-day accounting activities for the business. He manages the processing of purchase orders, raising invoices, organising payments, reconciliations and dealing with any other general financial matters.
Connor will be commencing his part time study towards his professional qualification.
This involves the completion of his Level 3 AAT qualification, before moving on to Level 4 - the culmination of studies that Connor started with the apprenticeship he completed before joining Landlink in February 2020.
Connor enjoys spending time playing music, and gaming.

Scott is the HR Director for the Langmead Group of businesses, including Landlink Estates. He joined in 2016 after a varied career working in Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Operations - throughout which he gained extensive experience working with Property teams. Scott is a member of the Landlink Board and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Scott is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, having obtained his master’s degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Portsmouth - a CIPD Centre of Excellence.
Scott is responsible for people and performance across the entire Langmead Group. He thrives on the challenges that come with operating across multiple and varied businesses, showing his genuine passion for people in creative, results-focused solutions.
Scott enjoys watching football and road cycling. He is a keen aquarist, which is his outlet for his love of the natural world. All of this is secondary to the time he enjoys spending with his wife and two children.
