Managing Director
Andrew leads our businesses development activities and is responsible for the performance of strategic land promotion and residential development activities. He is a member of the Investment and Strategy Committee.
Andrew graduated from the University of Oxford Brookes with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management. Subsequently, he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and also gained an accreditation with the FCA in Securities and Derivatives.
Previously, Andrew worked for King Sturge where he was a Partner in the Consultancy team and a Director of the Financial Services business. Andrew also worked within the Real Estate Advisory team at Ernst & Young, with responsibility for several global real estate engagements and clients.

Finance Director
Peter joined Landlink in November 2021 to strengthen the strategic leadership of the Landlink business and finance functions with a remit to drive, manage and support the growth of the Business. He joins as a member of the main Board plus the Capital and Audit Committees.
Peter, a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 13 years’ experience in the Property & Construction industry, from typical residential schemes to complex multi-use regeneration developments. Having experience in building high-performance teams and managing change across businesses of all sizes he joins to enhance the current Leadership team.
Peter’s last role was Finance Director at Crest Nicholson Partnerships & Strategic Land, a division responsible for the promotional of the Business’ long-term land portfolio; tasked with building long lasting and effective relationships, generating valued returns through collaboration and partnership.

Property Director
Jacintha manages strategic land, residential, solar and commercial planning projects, leads on TDD for new site acquisitions and Health and Safety for Landlink.
Jacintha qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2010 and has almost 20 years of experience in property and construction. Having experience in historic building refurbishment, large scale office refurbishment and commercial development schemes, Jacintha brings a broad scope of experience to this role.

Head of Rural
Becci joined Landlink in 2025 to lead the rural division of the business. Based in Suffolk, she manages rural assets across West Sussex and Suffolk, focusing on maximizing opportunities for agricultural holdings and delivering projects, including renewable energy initiatives.
Becci has an MSc in Rural Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural College and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) as well as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV). Prior to joining Landlink, Becci spent 14 years with Savills in their rural professional and management team, where she was responsible for estate management, taxation advice, valuations, landlord and tenant matters, and providing rural property and legal guidance to a diverse portfolio of private and institutional clients.

Estates Surveyor
Hannah assists with asset management for our property investment portfolio. She ensures that properties are managed in an efficient, customer- focused and sustainable manner - and that any asset enhancement opportunities are maximised.
Hannah has a BSc in Estates Management from University College of Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Before joining Landlink, Hannah was a Landlord and Tenant Surveyor in the Southampton office of CBRE, responsible for rent reviews, lease renewals and regears on behalf of several commercial clients. Prior to this, Hannah was a Graduate Estates Surveyor at Hampshire County Council, where she worked in the Estates Management team for ten years.

Asset Manager
Matt is the asset manager for our property investment portfolio. He works with Hannah to ensure that the properties are well-managed, sustainable and compliant, and that all added value initiatives to drive income and capital growth are exploited. Matt also assists Andrew with the sourcing of new investment opportunities to add to the existing portfolio.
Matt has a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Before joining Landlink, Matt was the Property Director at Hargreaves Management Limited, responsible for the Group’s commercial and residential investment portfolio. Prior to this, Matt was the Head of Commercial and Strategic Asset Management at Cluttons LLP with ultimate responsibility for service delivery to a variety of clients including pension funds, educational endowments and a livery company. This followed roles as a fund manager at M&G Real Estate and CBRE Investment Management.

Real Estate Analyst
James supports the leadership team across strategic land, development, and renewables projects. His work includes conducting in‑depth market research and portfolio analysis to inform land‑use optimisation and guide long‑term strategic decision‑making.
James graduated from the University of St Andrews with an MA (Hons) in History and subsequently earned an MA in War Studies from King’s College London.

Lousia is responsible for providing high‑level administrative and organisational support. The role includes managing calendars and meetings, coordinating key projects and logistics, and ensuring effective communication across the team. I focus on enabling operational efficiency and supporting leadership priorities.
Louisa is an experienced Executive Assistant with 23 years of supporting senior leaders. Known for her discretion, dependability, and calm approach, Louisa is trusted to manage complex demands with confidence and care. She takes pride in being a reliable, proactive partner who keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes for the Landlinks team—ensuring leaders are supported, informed, and able to focus on what matters most.

Financial Controller
Tom is the Financial Controller for Landlink overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance team. Responsible for finance team management, financial planning & analysis, audit & compliance, IT & systems projects as well as maintaining a robust internal control environment.
Having graduated from Portsmouth University with a first-class BA (Hons) in Finance and Business, Tom is now fully qualified achieving chartered status with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2023.
After a brief stint in practice, Tom joined the Langmead Group in 2017. Here, he gained experience in a range of sectors - from farming and fresh produce manufacturing to property management - before transferring to Landlink Limited in 2019 to focus solely on property.

Finance Manager
Tracy is a Finance Manager in Landlink responsible for treasury management, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT and HMRC and payroll compliance.
Tracy graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a BA (Hons) in Finance and Business Information Systems, and is now completing her assessment of practical experience to obtain her CGMA designation
She has over 20 years’ experience in both the Manufacturing and Services sectors, having achieved part qualified status with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Finance Business Partner
Danny as finance business partner is responsible for preparing and presenting regular management information and KPI’s, JV accounting and providing analytical support to unlock financial insights for the business.
Danny graduated from the University of Brighton with a degree in Business Management with Marketing and currently studying towards professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Prior joining Landlink in 2022 Danny had a brief stint in practice. Danny held several professional roles across a number of business sectors and industries before making the switch to finance.

Accounts Assistant
Liana is responsible for the day-to-day accounting activity for the business, including the various SPVs established for development projects. She manages the processing of purchase orders, raising invoices, organising payments, reconciliations and general financial matters.
Currently, Liana is gaining practical accounting experience before commencing her study towards professional qualifications.
Liana’s career with the Langmead Group started in the Herbs business. Her obvious talent was picked up when she worked in the pack house, and she was promoted to the Sales team before moving into the Supply Chain team.
Liana moved to Landlink in 2019, to take on a more financially facing role.
