Asda, Selsey

If you have been down to Selsey you will undoubtedly have seen the Asda store opposite Wave Approach roundabout. It has been operating with great success since it opened in July 2017 and Costa, which set up a month later, has become a favourite destination for the Landlink team. We have had great feedback from the local community about the site and hope to fill the middle retail unit soon, further enriching Selsey’s shopping possibilities.

  • ASDA 20 year lease plus A3 units in 24,648 sq ft
  • Food retail led development plus petrol station, Vet & Costa outlets.
  • Development was completed in 2017 after securing a hybrid consent for housing and food led retail to bolster the local offer in Selsey, West Sussex.
  • Built on time & on budget by the RG Group Ltd under a design & build JCT.
  • We focused on place making with an emphasis on design quality and architectural finishes which improved the aesthetic over the traditional retail build.
  • At handover to ASDA, their team told us the finish had exceeded their expectations. The Selsey Town Council also gave very positive feedback on the benefits the scheme delivered to the local community.
