Wave Approach is a food led retail development with ASDA being the anchor tenant and a Costa Coffee outlet operating on site. A petrol station and veterinary clinic complete the offering and Selsey Town Council gave the scheme positive feedback on the benefits it brought to the local community.
Landlink's emphasis on design quality and high level architectural finishes was recognised at handover when the ASDA team told us the finish had exceeded their expectations.
The development was completed in 2017 after Landlink secured a hybrid consent for housing (the neighbouring Rushfields development) and food led retail.
