Landlink is headquartered on the south coast where the majority of its development activity takes place. As a developer of mixed use and industrial schemes, we have a track record of securing planning consents and subsequent development of a variety of uses including distribution, industrial warehouses, convenience retail and supermarkets. We can develop across asset classes from big to small and we bring our knowledge and skill to every scheme, site and opportunity.

Our guiding principle is to develop places and accommodation that meet occupier demand and requirements, we work closely with the market to ensure not only the accommodation meets the user but that the overall scheme contributes to the local economy. Unlocking not just value but the potential of sites has meant we have successfully created places where people choose to work, shop and live.

The business has an existing land bank and pipeline of schemes, but our ambitious development strategy means we are keen to acquire new sites and assets. Whilst remaining focused on the South East and traditional development opportunities we are increasingly turning to creating additional value through redevelopment, active asset improvement programmes and reconfiguring assets.

Renewable Energy – Solar Farms

Landlink develops and invests in substantial renewable energy projects. Since 2014 we have partnered with a solar specialist, BNRG one of the Europe’s most experienced solar farm developers. Our solar farms utilise reliable photovoltaic (PV) technology to generate electricity. These play an important role in helping to meet the UK’s target net-zero carbon emissions target by 2050 and we are committed to playing a positive part in achieving that goal.

To date we have built solar farms which produce a total of 45MW. Our sites provide clean power for more than 10,000 homes and cut CO2 emissions by more than 11,100 of tonnes each year. We have ambitious plans to develop a further 90MW in the next 4 years with sites for at least 30MW being entered in the UK CFD auction in December 2021. Our significant land holding means we can deliver quickly but we are also keen to work with other landowners to developer more solar projects.
