We achieved planning consent in 2020 for a single chapel crematorium at Bilsham to serve central Arun. The facility is designed as a secular building to cater for those of any faith or those with no faith. The crematorium will be set within generous grounds with a garden of remembrance and garden of reflection, a car park with overspill area in addition to a servicing area to serve functions associated with cremation. The scheme will be built and operated by Westerleigh, one of the premier crematorium operators in the UK and held on a long leasehold basis. Landlink brokered this deal on behalf of the landowner.
