We achieved planning consent in 2019 for this former agricultural field and subsequently sold the following year to National Housebuilder, Barratt.

The site formed the larger part of a 550-unit strategic Allocation in Arun District Councils Local Plan. In conjunction with the other land promoter, we secured a comprehensive scheme providing off site contributions for an extension of Yapton's existing primary school as well as highway junction improvements.

The design of the scheme reflects the context and setting of the development being on the edge of Yapton village settlement.
