Landlink successfully secured a hybrid planning consent for 140 dwellings.
The detailed element comprised 30 units and the balancing 110 units the outline element.
The site was subsequently disposed to Boklok, a modular housebuilder with high sustainability credentials. The site offered the opportunity for strong countryside interface to reflect the rural context.
Streets have been designed to provide access and views towards green space with outward facing residential frontages overlooking landscaped public open space and play spaces. A series of feature spaces within the development to add interest within the public realm, promote character and ensure low traffic speeds.
