Summary
Landlink successfully secured a hybrid planning consent for 193 units. The detailed element comprised 119 units and the balancing 74 units the outline element. The site was subsequently disposed of to a National Housebuilder.
The focal point of the layout is a central green open space onto which faced private and affordable housing. The drainage pond in the south east corner serves both the residential site and neighbouring retail park, also developed by Landlink.
The scheme links into land to the north, forming part of our longer-term strategy.
