Summary
Landlink successfully secured a hybrid planning consent for 193 units. The detailed element comprised 119 units and the balancing 74 units the outline element. The site was subsequently disposed to a National Housebuilder.
The focal point for the layout was a central green open space onto which faced private and affordable housing. The drainage pond located in the south east corner also serves the retail park also developed by Landlink.
The scheme also links into land to the North of the site which forms part of our longer-term strategic land activity.
