Regular dialogue with the previous tenant highlighted that the business operating from the unit had become unprofitable and the accommodation was no longer required.

A surrender of the tenant’s lease was agreed and taking the unit back gave Landlink the opportunity to refurbish & modernise the unit to provide modern, good quality accommodation.

A short period of marketing resulted in reletting on full repairing & insuring terms at a market rent. This provided a more secure, longer term income for the landlord with an 80% increase in the annual rent.

The letting enabled an established Sussex based business to re-locate & consolidate from 2 existing sites, giving it the much needed opportunity for longer term expansion of its business activities in the UK.
