Landlink and our joint landowner, the Church Commissioners of England, secured planning consent for 2,200 homes in May 2025.
Since securing an allocation in the Arun Local Plan in 2019, we have been working through the complexities of this large site, negotiating the S.106 requirement which includes a 3FE Primary school, two neighbourhood centres with associated community facilities as well as significant on and off-site highways works including junction improvements. We have developed a close working relationship with local planning officers to agree suitable tripper points as part of the detailed financial modelling required to successfully deliver a phased sustainable new community.
